Data Processing Addendum

This Data Processing Addendum (DPA) forms part of the Track & Move Master Services Agreement and applies whenever we process personal information on behalf of a customer.

We process personal information only on documented instructions from the customer.

Sub-processors are reviewed and bound by equivalent obligations. A current list is available on request.

We notify customers without undue delay in the event of a personal information breach.

Either party may terminate the DPA in accordance with the underlying Master Services Agreement.
